Corporate social responsibility

ZAAB Energy understands that it carries a social responsibility. It sees its purpose in not only generating profits but also in being in harmony with the interests of society. Hence, ZAAB Energy wants to improve peoples’ social and economic conditions as well as to ensure that in its activities environmental issues are given high importance.

The companies of ZAAB Energy Group employ around 20 permanent people (excluding people employed by service companies such as drilling contractors and BSOG personnel). The group intends to grow further thus creating work for additional employees. ZAAB Energy Group also furthers new technologies (as far as they are proven in the context of ZAAB Invest’s operations).

We assist through charitable donations in particular to programmes for the needs of children, to environmental organisations and to institutions supporting socially deprived persons.
