ZAAB Energy Group is formed by four companies:

• ZAAB Energy AG ("ZAAB Energy")
• ZENOL Inc. Ltd., a Cyprus holding company holding 100% of the shares in ZAAB Invest LLC and
• ZAAB Invest LLC (“ZAAB Invest”)
• Canadian Rockies Petroleum Corporation ("CRPC")
